HR Management Helpdesk Coordinator Norway At Norwegian Refugee Council


An exciting opportunity to directly support and be a part of NRC’s Help Desk Coordination.

HRMS Help Desk (HD) Coordinator work is in accordance with the Service Level Agreement and existing processes and solutions, respond to and resolve technical service tickets that come to the Global HR Help Desk.

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is looking for The HD coordinator who will support the HRMS Configuration and Maintenance team to secure system access compliant with NRC Policies and procedures, and the segregation of duties in the organisation and act as an interface between country / regional HR Focal Points and Process Owners.

What you will do

  • Some of your specific responsibilities include:
  • Facilitate regular HR focal point meetings on behalf of the HRMS Head of Unit.
  • Support the regular monitoring / spot checks to ensure HRMS compliance with NRC Policies and guidelines.
  • Explore technical solutions in Oracle support database documents and other fora made available by the system provider.
  • Support the HRMS Configuration team in testing system improvements and debugging.
  • Support in improving the NRC People Knowledge Base.

What you will bring

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience working with customer service, HRC/HR systems preferably from SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience in digital systems and approaches
  • Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities.
  • Experience working in complex contexts.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in French and Arabic is an asset.
