Focus on the Operational HR Department

The Operational HR Department is currently being created. The mission of its members is to participate in supporting headquarters and missions on the various HR aspects to guarantee knowledge of the PUI framework and its proper application in the field and at headquarters.

And the Headquarters Human Resources Representative in all this?

As a Headquarters Human Resources Representative, you will be the key HR partner of the head office, liaising with the different departments, employees and managers.

To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:

HR expertise and advice: you will support the teams in their knowledge of frameworks and policies, you will guarantee the correct application of PUI standards and will coordinate HR information for the teams.

Compliance: you will ensure HR budget monitoring, participate in headquarters audits and the implementation of recommendations, you will contribute to the monitoring of Timesheets.

HR monitoring: you will manage the annual evaluation process, the process of conducting biannual professional interviews and regular interviews with head office staff. You will be responsible for identifying individual HR issues in conjunction with managers and will contribute to the construction of the training plan. You will propose actions to prevent psychosocial risks (RPS).

Improvement of internal practices, tools and HR development: you will contribute to the optimization of headquarters HR tools, as well as the constant improvement of HR policies, procedures and tools.

Contribution to cross-functional issues and quality of life at work: you will support the evolution of the organization, participate in improving our practices, particularly in terms of teleworking, remuneration or employer branding, and contribute to HR management and dissemination of the culture of our association.

The challenges that await you:

1/ Position based at the headquarters in Asnières-sur-Seine, in order to contribute face-to-face to HR support and the dissemination of the PUI culture at the headquarters (occasional teleworking possible); 2/ Participation in the structuring of a new service and the evolution of the HR function

What you will need to succeed

  • Training : You can provide proof of initial training (Bac+3) in Human Resources or international solidarity project management.
  • Experience : You have prior field experience with an international NGO, this is an asset! You have experience at headquarters in similar positions: this would be an undeniable asset!
  • Skills : Do you demonstrate very good command of Excel and have a strong taste for working on IT tools and procedural improvements? This position is for you!
  • Required qualities : You demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ease of communication, both written and oral. You demonstrate a great sense of organization, rigor, proactivity and stress management. You are proactive and have a sense of responsibility. You like to find solutions when a blockage arises.
  • Languages : French and English hold no secrets for you? Good, it’s essential for this position! Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

PUI will offer you

  • Status frame
  • Salary: 3,100.00 – 3,400.00 EUR gross monthly over 12 months, depending on experience
  • Medical coverage: 80% of health and welfare mutual insurance
  • Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)
  • Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
  • A flexible teleworking policy , based on three modalities.
