France Acted (HQ)

The’Acted S’ headquarters was installed in Paris in 2000 with the aim of coordinating the actions of the’organisation on a global scale. Today’ is the head office is composed of 110 people in the departments HR, Finance, Programs, Audit, Security, Logistics & Systems and Communication. These departments provide support to the 42 Country Directorates. The head office also serves as a focal point for the’Acted Management, namely the General Manager, the Development Director and the fifteen members of the’Administration Board.

Main role and responsibilities

Acted is looking for an experienced and involved Digital Factory manager to design and lead our global Low Code / initiative / No Code as part of our digital transformation strategy and to stimulate’innovation and’efficiency within the’organisation. As such, you will be responsible for the development of the Low Code /No Code roadmap and the IT solutions related to business processes, innovation and the’IA platform. You will also work with other managers and staff to ensure that software projects are delivered on time, on budget and on time
quality standards.

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline processes and optimize the use of low code/no code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.
  • Manage’installation, operation and maintenance of the low code/no code solution stack that ensures continuous connectivity, security and data analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze software data performance and trends to identify and resolve issues, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to establish and execute quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Work with the partners to build the projects and the operational support of the developed solutions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the’alignment and’integration of Low Code /No Code operations with the overall goals of the company and customer requirements.

Qualifications and skills required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a software development manager or in a similar role in a software development environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of low code/no code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • English & French common needed.

Conditions

Type of contract : CDI
• Remuneration : depending on the profile
