WHAT DO WE DO …

SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian aid association which, for more than 40 years, has provided
relief to populations victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to vital needs, drinking, eating and shelter. Particularly committed to the fight against diseases linked to unsafe water, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and promotion hygiene but also in the essential aspect of food security and means of existence. Present in around twenty countries, the SI teams – 2,000 people in total made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent staff at headquarters, a few volunteers, etc. – intervene with professionalism and commitment while respecting cultures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR department of Solidarités International is currently fully engaged in a reorganization of its various services (Recruitment & Career Paths; HR Administration and National HR) which will be effective in a few months.

In this sense, during the first months of the position, the HR Manager will occupy the responsibilities of Head of the National HR department.

As such (non-exhaustive list):

She/He is in charge with her team of defining and ensuring the implementation of strategies, policies, frameworks and procedures for the management of human resources hired within each country of intervention (for a total of 2,560 employees spread across more than 20 countries.
She/He ensures with her team to provide technical support on all aspects of HR management for the national teams in the countries where the organization operates.
She/He is responsible for recruiting and leading the National HR department, made up of 6 people under her direct responsibility.
She/He also monitors the developments of the Homère field HR management software, and maintains regular communication with the publisher.
She/he /He represents the service and the association internally with other departments, as well as externally.

Au terme de ces premiers mois et dans le cadre du projet de transformation RH engagé, le poste évoluera au profit d’un contour plus large afin de décloisonner la gestion des ressources humaines terrain au sein de l’organisation, entre salariés recrutés nationalement et salariés recrutés internationalement.

En ce sens, le service se transformera en service RH en charge du suivi et du support technique apportés aux pays d’intervention en matière de gestion des Ressources humaines (nationales et expatriées).

A ce titre (liste non exhaustive et Profil de Poste en cours de finalisation) :

Elle/Il est en charge, avec son équipe siège et les équipes terrains, de définir la stratégie, la politique, les cadres et les procédures de la gestion RH opérationnelles terrain, couvrant à la fois les salariés nationaux et expatriés, et de veiller à leur application.
Elle/il assure une mise en œuvre efficiente et qualitative de la gestion RH opérationnelle terrain des salariés nationaux et expatriés, ainsi que de la gestion des déplacements internationaux des salariés de SI.
Elle/il assure aussi le suivi du logiciel de gestion RH terrain HOMERE, et maintient une communication régulière avec l’éditeur.
Elle/il anime l’ensemble du service RH dont elle/il a la charge et représente le service et l’association en interne et en externe.
Elle/il participe au recrutement et supervise la formation des équipes RH terrain.
Elle/il est membre du Comité de gestion de la sécurité, et suppléant de la/du DRH en cas de cellule de crise.

VOTRE PROFIL

Formation initiale (licence ou Master) en gestion des Ressources Humaines, Ecole de commerce, droit social ou psychologie du travail, gestion de projets humanitaires.
Expérience préalable significative en Gestion de Ressources Humaines au sein d’une ONG ou association
Expérience significative à l’international. De préférence, vous avez une expérience préalable sur le terrain avec une organisation humanitaire.
Expérience(s) réussie(s) en management d’équipe et de projets

Compétences et Qualités :

Connaissance approfondie du secteur humanitaire
Capacité à décider et à convaincre
Capacité à travailler en urgence, à gérer son stress dans des gestions de crise
Compétences en gestion de projets
Développement et entretien de réseau professionnel
Réactivité, adaptabilité, rigueur, capacité d’analyse et d’organisation, de gestion des priorités
Travail en équipes pluridisciplinaires et internationales
Maîtrise indispensable de l’informatique (pack O365)
Maitrise courante du français et de l’anglais (excellent niveau lu, écrit et parlé). Une maitrise d’autres langues (arabe, espagnol notamment) est un plus
Connaissance du logiciel Homère est un plus

SI VOUS OFFRIRA LES CONDITIONS SUIVANTES

Position based at the Solidarités International headquarters, in Clichy la Garenne (Clichy City Hall Metro) with occasional trips to the field
Permanent contract, Executive status
Gross monthly remuneration of: €3,842 or €4,001 depending on the scale in effect at the headquarters and experiences of candidates
Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 per month or 100% teleworking with 3 mandatory face-to-face days per month. Depending on the profile and experience of the candidates and in accordance with the Teleworking Charter in force and the manager.
Leave: 2.0833 CP / month and 1 day of RTT / full month of work
Mutual (80%), restaurant tickets (60%), Île de France transport tickets (50%) covered by the association, Package monthly 100% Teleworking
Recovery days and medical coverage 100% covered during field trips
