SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an association of’ international humanitarian aid which, for more than 40 years, has been providing relief to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to the vital needs of, drinking, eating, s’abriter. Present in about twenty countries, SI – 2000 teams in total composed of’expatriates, national staffs, permanent staff at headquarters, etc,some volunteers..- intervene with professionalism and commitment in respect of cultures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the Operations Directorate, and under the supervision of the/the Director/trice of Operations, the/the person in charge (e) of mission is responsible for carrying out the projects of the Directorate of Operations. He/She ensures the internal coordination, the formalization, the’inclusivity and the good holding in time of the yards of the Directorate of Operations. He/she is in contact with many departments and services at headquarters and in the field.

This position is a creation linked to an ambitious agenda of development and realization of projects and projects at the level of the Operations Directorate.

Main responsibilities (non-exhaustive list):

Evaluates each project beforehand to analyze and anticipate possible pitfalls, risks, issues and guide the work of defining the method to be used
Organizes the work sites of the Operations Directorate and sets chronograms and methodologies
In-house mobilizes the relevant people to contribute to the construction sites and projects of the OD.
Under the supervision of the DO, defines and ensures inclusiveness and high participation of relevant people both on the ground and’au headquarters
Is in charge of collecting the experiences and analyses of the partners of SI who would have worked on the same themes or would be working on the same themes
Facilitates, organizes and facilitates working meetings within the framework of the various projects and projects of the OD
Is in charge of the formalization of all documents related to OD projects and projects as well as minutes of working meetings
S’ ensures that the objectives of OD projects and projects are clearly defined and are achieved
S’ ensures compliance with deadlines and schedule of projects and projects
Is in charge of internal communication, both headquarters and field, concerning the various sites and projects of the DO
Participates in the’updating, centralizing and disseminating procedures, guides and tools related to the sites concerned, in collaboration with all the services of the headquarters
Contributes to the production of reports for governance bodies (AG, CA, Bureau, Management Committee)

Skills :

In-depth knowledge of the humanitarian sector
Knowledge and interest in working on the localisation issues of’aide
Ability to deploy a strategic exercise and set up a participatory project
Ability to decide and convince
Skills in project management
Professional network development and maintenance
Rigor, capacity of’analysis and’organization, management of priorities.
Work in multidisciplinary and international teams
Essential mastery of’informatics (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Current mastery of French and’anglais (very good level read, written and spoken).

YOUR PROFILE

Significant experience (3 years) in the humanitarian field
Experience working in a seat is an advantage
Successful experience(s)(s) in team and project management

IF YOU WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

Position based at the headquarters of Solidarity International, in Clichy la Garenne (Mairie de Clichy Metro) with field trips
CDD contract 9 months – Framework status
Monthly gross remuneration of : 3 502 € or 3 647 € depending on the grid in force at the headquarters and experiences of candidate.es.
Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 days of Teleworking per month or 100% of teleworking with 3 days of mandatory face-to-face per month. In accordance with the Telework Charter in force and the manager.
Leave : 2.0833 CP /month and 1 day RTT / full month of work
Days of recovery and medical coverage taken care of 100% during the field trips
