WHAT WE DO …
INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY(SI) is an association of’international humanitarian aid which, for more than 40 years, has been providing relief to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to vital needs, drinking, eating, eating, eating, S’abriter. Particularly engaged in the fight against diseases related to unhealthy’, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions an expertise in the field of’access to drinking’water,’sanitation and the promotion of hygiene but also in that, essential, food security and means of’. Present in about twenty countries, SI – 2000 teams in total composed of’expatriates, national staffs, permanent staff at headquarters, some volunteers…intervene with professionalism and commitment in respect of cultures.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the Recruitment & Journey service and under the supervision of the’Suppui Recruitment & Journey Officer, the’Assistant.e has the role of’ supporting the service in its operation, especially in the management of their recruitment.
He/she ensures the preparation and conduct of the monthly’induction sessions organized by the headquarters.
Recruitment support
- Ensures the publication of advertisements for head office and expatriate recruitments, and provides support if necessary when it is directly carried out by the field
- Produces an analysis of the relevance of the dissemination platforms used, by studying the origin of the applications processed by the service
- Performs a regular screening of spontaneous applications, and transmits the relevant profiles to his/her hierarchical superior
- Write and broadcast the HR newsletter
Service support
- Takes notes at service meetings to facilitate follow-up
- Follow up in case of difficulty in using the tools by the members of the service ( tutorial writing, correction of formulas )
- Updates the seat organization chart
Support for induction sessions
- Preparations for the induction sessions ( headquarters, expatriate and national staff C1 + ): centralization of lists of participants, sending of invitations, coordination of schedules.
The team is made up of a Service Manager, 1 Assistant, and 6 Recruitment & Course Charger
YOUR PROFILE
- Student in a Human Resources or Communication course.
- Strong interest in the voluntary sector and in particular the humanitarian sector.
- Good relational ease, the role involving frequent exchanges with the’ all the headquarters and field staff.
- Strong appetite for HR communication issues, as well as the’use of’recruitment tools.
- Mastery of the most common office software (Word and Excel), good command of’anglais
IF YOU WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
- Internship based in the headquarters of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL in Clichy (92), metro Mairie de Clichy
- Intern with compulsory internship agreement.
- Gratification : 4,90 euros/hour
- The gratuity is calculated in proportion to the actual hours of attendance over the month. (Average 1 month = 154h, or 22 days of 7h/day)
- Public transport supported at 50% by SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL
- Tickets restaurant at 8,90 € /daily internship, with participation of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL at 60%
