Doctors Without Borders, an international humanitarian medical association created in 1971, provides medical assistance to populations whose lives are threatened : mainly in the event of armed conflicts, but also epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters or exclusion from care. The French section is present in about thirty countries.
As part of’a temporary replacement, we are looking for a.e : Field movement manager H/F.
Mission :
Under the supervision of the Service Coordinator and within’a team of 10 people, you organize the procedures related to the departure and return of our expatriates, as well as’aux displacements of the persons of the head office (employees, members of the Board of’Administration, third persons).
You manage a perimeter of 5 to 8 countries, and about 30 monthly departures, and as many returns.
Main responsibilities :
For each trip, you :
- You ensure the’ obtaining visas: management of the visa application, when necessary negotiation with embassies to speed up the processing of the application and maintenance of the procedures guide.
- Organize the medical check up process from the’expatriate.
- Book tickets for’avion, hotels, taxis and all other necessary services during the departure or return of the’expatriate.
- Organize briefings and debriefings.
- Ensure cash requests in different currencies and keep the corresponding accounts ( management of a budget of 3,000 euros monthly ).
- HR advice: you are the privileged interlocutor of international staff for questions related to your activity.

Experiences :
- Experience required of one year on an equivalent position.
- Humanitarian mission experience of at least 6 months is a plus.
- Significant experience at MSF is a plus.
Languages : French C1 minimum and English level B1 minimum.
Skills and abilities :
- Control of the pack office.
- Strong of’a good relational, you know how to work in a team. You have a calm and calm naturalness. You know how to work under pressure and manage concomitant emergencies. You respect the confidentiality of information. You are responsive and know how to take initiatives.
Status : 8 Months full-time CDD. Post office, based in Paris, possibility of teleworking 2 days maximum per week; penalty possible on weekends.
Conditions :
43K€ gross annual over 13 months.
22 Days of RTT per year. Complementary health care 100% supported by Doctors Without Borders. Titles restaurants d’a face value of 11€ (60% support by Doctors Without Borders). Support for 50% of the public transport ticket.
