CONTEXT
The main objective of this project is to improve overall coordination between humanitarian actors through analysis, evaluation and synergistic information management services.
Through this project, information will be shared between actors to improve decision-making and response capacity.
EVIDEM organizations will share their experiences, knowledge and lessons learned to achieve the goal.
The proposed activities, together with the knowledge and experiences of each of the organizations included in the EVIDEM consortium, in addition to complementing each other, are aligned with the Emblematic Initiative1 by establishing itself as a collective coordination structure for the management of information to the service of humanitarian organizations, facilitating the way to put people and their priorities, needs and capacities at the center of all actions.
Using its experience and knowledge gained through its long-standing support to humanitarian coordination mechanisms and information management capacity strengthening activities, 3iSolution (iMMAP FRANCE) aims to strengthen and empower humanitarian partners to leverage and optimize information management tools, technologies, platforms and best practices in your response to a humanitarian crisis. To help achieve this, 3iSolution (iMMAP FRANCE) will carry out two main activities: 1. Provision of needs-based information management products and services to OCHA and the HCT (Humanitarian Country Team) in Colombia, particularly to align methodology of the Joint and Intersectoral Analysis Framework (JIAF) 2.0, to contribute to an evidence-based HPC. 2. Strengthen and train information management capacities at the community level, including indigenous authorities.
The EVIDEM consortium will provide a collective response from the main information management and analysis players addressing the identified gaps in information assessment, analysis and management. The proposal seeks to strengthen the capacities of first responder institutions and communities, including indigenous organizations, for anticipatory action and rapid response through analysis, evaluation and related coordination capabilities to improve preparedness and response capacity. multi-threat crisis in crisis-affected areas in Colombia, including an emphasis on coordination and information sharing between humanitarian actors linked to humanitarian access and clusters.

Activities
· Prepare the work plan and timely communicate its progress, difficulties and challenges.
· Design and implement the training program in accordance with the project objectives, which includes indicators for monitoring and follow-up.
· Organize and schedule training sessions with project partners.
· Improve information gathering capabilities, including the development of training sessions and the implementation of training and monitoring workshops for local and civil society organizations, this involves the preparation of materials, coordination of the agenda, means of convening , implementation and evaluation of the experience.
· Coordinate training and capacity-building sessions for civil society organizations with OCHA, Project Hope and other organizations.
· Proactively articulate with the community involvement team, seeking synergies between community work in information management and the capabilities of local organizations.
· Prepare reports on training and capacity-building processes for organizations and national, local and civil society authorities.
· Carry out evaluations, monitoring and support in the implementation of information management strategies and tools for national, local and civil society organizations
· Build and implement, together with national, local and civil society organizations, the development of technical guides for the training offered by 3iSolution.
· Raise requirements and needs for training and information management with national, local and civil society organizations.
· Identify information systems and tools that partners and government authorities develop to identify possible complementarities.
· Generate information products with other partners in the area as required.
· Generate information products and support national, local and civil society organizations, including those related to the indigenous population and ethnic groups as required.
· Be a liaison between humanitarian organizations in terms of management and exchange of information.
· Ensure the correct dissemination and impact of the products and systems of
information with an ethnic focus among different audiences, including humanitarian actors, national, local and civil society organizations.
· Prepare monthly progress reports.
· Monitor and document the training processes carried out by team members
· Strengthen internally in 3iSolution and with the EVIDEM consortium tools and methods to carry out training.
· Guarantee the timely and organized delivery of the products agreed in the work schedule.
· Participate in transversal team meetings and knowledge management spaces organized for this purpose.

Experience:
To be eligible, the natural person providing these services must have at least 2 years of experience developing activities similar to those indicated in these terms. Experience in Non-Governmental Organizations, desirable.
Education:
Accredited professional in the areas of: training and training, related areas.
Languages:
Fluent command of Spanish is required (speaking and writing it), advanced knowledge of the English language (desirable).
