CONTEXT :
The opening of this position is part of the development of our Technical Assistance activities for Inclusion ( ATI ), who respond to one of our areas of strategic development which is to be a leader in the inclusion of people with disabilities, in particular through the development of technical assistance.
OBJECTIVES OF THE POST :
In close coordination with our Accessibility Specialist and in collaboration with the entire ATI ( 7 employees ) and with other technical sectors of HI, this position will be responsible for promoting, the development and implementation of ATI in its sector as well as supporting HI programs and projects in the implementation of the Accessibility sector strategy.
The objectives of the position are :
- Define and consolidate ATI service offers and their implementation tools on the’accessibility of building and communication – and support its promotion/sale ;
- Participate in the’ writing of technical proposals and achieve ATI Accessibility at headquarters and HI programs, according to the solicitations and skills required ;
- Be in support of the design and qualitative monitoring of internal HI projects integrating’Accessibility activities ;
- Monitor and strengthen the internal skills of technical staff on the issues of’Accessibility, in connection with the business sector « inclusion » and in particular with THOPs (Technical Head of Program) and specialists Accessibility ;
- Ensure the external representation of HI during international events ( conferences, seminars, webinars, meetings etc. ), and ensure external networking in order to enrich the pool of experts, partners, potential collaborators or clients for internal HI and ATI projects.
PROFILE REQUIRED :
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the architecture, town planning or engineering sector as a Consultant or in a consulting firm ( building sector, infrastructure ) ;
- You are recognized for your ability to analyze and reflect strategically ;
- You like to develop your professional network and promote your organization
- You master French and English ( lu perfectly, spoken, written )
An experience related to the disability and / or humanitarian sector would be appreciated.
ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WORKPLACE :
In Lyon, the premises are easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro). Car parking and a bicycle park are also available. Within the building, access ramps and elevators ensure better traffic. All workstations are located in Open Space but boxes are available on each floor to work in peace if necessary. The’work space is very bright.
