Communication Service Zoom
The Communication Service is made up of 6 people. The mission of its members is to define and implement the Communication strategy in line with the communication challenges of the association
And the Editorial Communication Intern in all of this?
As an Editorial Communication Intern, you will assist the Communication service under the supervision of the Communication Officer.
Your role will be to contribute to the production of editorial content ( online and offline media. ) including the writing of articles, slideshows, large formats, videos. You will participate in the layout of print tools, the creation of graphic supports, video post-production, and will be in support of the organization of events: management of invitations and registrations, relations with providers, logistics, monitoring / balance sheet etc. You will also support the service in writing meeting minutes ( in French and English ), will be in contact with translators ( French-English translations ), and participate in the life of the service and the association.
What you will need to get this internship
- **An agreement issued by your training organization !**As such, you can justify a higher diploma, Bac + 4 level in communication, journalism, international relations or political science.
- Experience: An experience of working in a team, in an associative environment and / or internationally, will be valued.
- Skills: You have very good editorial and project management skills. Do you master current English, as well as computer tools for graphic and video creation ( Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Publisher, Adobe Première ) and CMS type WordPress ? This would be a major asset.
- Qualities required: You have a proven interest in the International Solidarity sector. You show autonomy, curiosity and creativity. You show good interpersonal and adaptive skills, rigor, good stress management and priorities.
- Languages: French and English have no secrets for you ? So much the better, these are two essential languages for this position !

PUI will offer you
- Gratification: 4.60 € / hour
- Support: Support for 50% of the transport ticket and up to 60% of the Tickets Restaurant ( with a face value of 9 € )
- Rest: 1 RTT per month ( 37h / week )
