Mission of the position:

Within the Private Fund Raising department, in the Digital Marketing department, and under the responsibility of the digital fundraising managers (CCD), the digital fundraising assistant will support the CCDs in the implementation of digital campaigns .

Your main missions are:

Project management : participation in the operational implementation of all actions defined in MSF’s digital collection strategy across all services (general public, donations, innovation, partnership and philanthropy, etc.):

  • You will actively participate in the project management of digital fundraising campaigns in support of the CCDs:
  • Creation of digital assets or participation in exchanges with the agency in charge of creating collection media (IAB banners, sponsored meta posts, banners on the msf.fr site, etc.).
  • Uploading of media with the tools for each lever (display, social, website, SEA) or exchange with the agencies responsible for putting them online.
  • Monitoring and analysis of indicators: regular and end-of-campaign reporting.
  • In particular, you will be responsible for managing sponsored campaigns on social networks (use of the Meta business manager) for the general public (MSF collection) and other department services (notably the MSF store): creation of media, implementation line on the business manager, monitoring and analysis of performance…
  • You will be the priority focal point for the implementation of AB tests on the specialized software (AB tasty) after training.

Integration of online campaigns :

  • Creation of donation forms and maintenance of thank you emails.
  • Creation of landing pages.
  • Creation of tracking codes in the database.

Measurement, analysis and optimization of the performance of digital collection campaigns based on the indicators and dashboards put in place.

Competitive and strategic monitoring of other players in the sector, in France and internationally, and of new digital trends and uses to bring new ideas to the service

The digital team is made up of 3 people: 2 CCDs and a department manager.

You will assist 2 CCDs on each of their perimeters:

  • Collection for the general public (digital collection from the MSF association)
  • The gifts, the shop, the MSF foundation, the innovation, the face to face…

NB: Part of the digital team is remote with a presence 2 days every 2 weeks.

We love our job and we will spend time explaining to you everything we know about digital donation collection (and we know a little). Our goal is to train you so that you are able to return to an equivalent position at the end of your work-study program if you wish. You will be involved in many subjects and you will participate in as many meetings as possible to understand everything.

Required profile :

As part of your Bac + 4 or 5 training in a business school or university, you have experience in an internship in marketing (experience in digital marketing is a plus) or in the e-commerce sector as well as an interest in MSF’s social mission and a good understanding of the digital environment.

SKILLS :

  • You have a strong appetite for digital tools and uses which allows you to quickly master online platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, etc.) and to understand web and data techniques (html, database, data flow, etc.).
  • You have a good understanding of digital marketing levers (social media, search, display, email, etc.).
  • You have analytical skills: you are comfortable with numbers, you know how to handle them but also understand their meanings in our environment.
  • Mastery of the Office pack, mainly Excel.

Aptitudes :

  • Dynamic: you know how to be a driving force to move projects forward.
  • With excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to adapt to your different contacts and manage the agencies and service providers with whom you will interact.
  • You appreciate teamwork, are initiated into project mode and would like to be entrusted with tasks for which you will gradually be referred.
  • You are committed to meeting deadlines, methodical and organized.
  • Your curiosity and interest in digital will motivate you in exploring new technologies and new uses.
  • You have an appetite for the humanitarian world and you want to participate in MSF’s action.

Languages : Fluent written and spoken English and French.

Status : 12-month work-study professionalization or apprenticeship contract. Position based in Paris, Jaurès metro station. Please attach school schedules to the application.

Conditions : Remuneration of 53% to 100% of the minimum wage depending on age and level of study. 2 days of teleworking per week.

Supplementary health care 100% covered by MSF. Restaurant vouchers with a face value of €11 (60% covered by Médecins Sans Frontières). 50% coverage of the public transport subscription.

Position to be filled : Start in July/August 2024.
