Zoom on the Audit Service

The Audit Service consists of 3 people. The mission of its members is to coordinate the response to external audits and the implementation of internal control mechanisms.

And the Responsibility Officer in all of this?

As Compliance Officer, you will coordinate the compliance of the’Association with regard to International Sanctions as well as donor rules.

For this purpose, your responsibilities will be as follows :

Coordination of the compliance of PUI with regard to international sanctions including screening and vetting. You will be in charge of updating the framework and the corresponding policies as well as the dissemination of’information and’accompanying the different departments of PUI.

Coordination of the compliance of PUI in accordance with the changes in the rules of the donors. You will be in charge of the monitoring in connection with the donor and partnership pole and the’ accompaniment of the different departments of PUI.

Coordination of the decentralization of screening within the missions of the’organization. You will develop the procedures and tools as well as the training materials. You will define and execute a deployment plan.

Training and capitalization: You will contribute to the initial training of expatriate staff and headquarters.

The challenges ahead of you:

– Analysis and verification of the conformity of the internal procedures of PUI in relation to the evolutions of the donor rules – Compliance of PUI in terms of international sanctions including screening and vetting – Support for PUI departments in their compliance with donor rules including international sanctions – Support for departments in the dissemination of new standards

What you will need to succeed

Formation

You can justify an initial legal and/or administrative training specialty compliance.

Experience

You are strong of’an experience of at least one year in a similar position. You know the rules of the main institutional donors ? This will be highly appreciated. Have you worked with First International Emergency ? It will be an undeniable asset!

Skills

You have a taste for training, the’ accompaniment of teams on the ground ? This post is made for you!

Qualities required

You show a good relationship, ease of communication, both in writing and orally, and you have a taste for teamwork. You demonstrate reliability and a sense of responsibility, rigor and organization, responsiveness and adaptability. You have excellent resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.

Languages

Do you speak French and’anglais fluently ? C’is indispensable for this position!

PUI will propose

Status: Framework

Salary: 3 000,00 EUR gross monthly over 12 months, according to experience

Medical coverage: 80% of the mutual Health and Providence

Support: Support up to 50% of the ticket and up to 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of 9€)

Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37h/week)

One telework policy flexible, based on three modalities.
