At the Spanish Red Cross we seek to incorporate into the Algeria-Sahara Delegation, based on Sahrawi Camps, a Community Development delegate with the objective of managing the projects that are currently being implemented through financing from the AECID and decentralized financing. , providing continuity to the coordination of activities and the preparation of final reports to the donor.
Requirements:
- Documentation required according to Spanish legislation for hiring (National Identity Document or Identification Number for Foreigners, affiliation to the INSS and bank account in Spain for salary deposit)
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year experience in projects in Humanitarian Aid or Development Cooperation.
- Knowledge of the Logical Framework Approach.
- Windows Environment Domain (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.).
- Knowledge of French Level C1
- Windows Surrounding Domain (Microsoft Office, Internet, …).
- Vulnerability orientation.
Functions to develop:
- It will support at a technical level and coordinate the implementation of activities and the management of the local team dedicated to the projects in coordination with the MLRS/MLRA.
- It will guarantee that the implementation of the projects is carried out in accordance with the technical proposal and the approved budgets, in accordance with the conditions required by the donors.
- It will coordinate, support and monitor the economic and administrative management of the assigned projects, ensuring that it is produced in accordance with the criteria and requirements established by CRE and the regulations of the corresponding financiers.
- You will be responsible for supervising the purchasing processes, contracting services and warehouse management, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the CRE administrative management manual and the regulations of the different financiers. Support to the MLRS/MLRA in the closure and justification of the projects.
- It will ensure the production and filing of documentation justifying the expense (contracts, invoices, receipts), as well as the established verification sources and its regular submission to the CRE CB.
- He will be responsible for submitting in a timely manner the technical and economic-financial justification reports of the projects under his responsibility to the Central Office. Compliance with the deadlines established in the quality system of the CI Project Management Application.
- It will ensure good communication and coordination with the Algerian and Sahrawi Red Crescent.
- It will support the MLRS at a technical level in the identification, formulation, execution, monitoring and evaluation of projects and in nutrition and food activities.
- Will carry out any other tasks or functions that may arise and that the Central Office considers part of the development of this mission.
