Project Title: Consultancy to develop a training package on children’s rights within ESG/Sustainability and Human Rights for businesses in Vietnam
Project Duration: 3-4 Months
Project Objectives
- To assess the training needs of the businesses on child rights and responsible business, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), human rights and Corporate Sustainability
- To take stock of the existing training materials on the relevant topics to consolidate and refine.
- To develop a comprehensive set of training materials to improve business’ capacity in addressing the adverse impacts of children and respect of child rights in their ESG and Sustainability practices.
- To test training materials by delivery of a pilot training to make sure the materials are relevant, practical, and user-friendly.
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Education/Training: Master degree in social science, economics, business administration with at least 10 years experience in corporate sustainability, responsible business, ESG, due diligence
- Language: Excellent written and spoken English.
- Professional experience:
- A strong background and expertise in children’s rights, business ethics, and corporate social responsibility should be accompanied by a deep understanding of international standards, frameworks, and best practices in these areas.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
- Familiarity of the Vietnam business context
Preferred Criteria:
- Experience working in the private sector, preferably in the Mekong area
- Experience in supporting and delivering training programs and capacity building initiatives for business audiences
