CONTEXT
The main objective of this project is to improve overall coordination between humanitarian actors through analysis, evaluation and synergistic information management services.
Through this project, information will be shared between actors to improve decision-making and response capacity.
EVIDEM organizations will share their experiences, knowledge and lessons learned to achieve the goal.
The proposed activities, together with the knowledge and experiences of each of the organizations included in the EVIDEM consortium, in addition to complementing each other, are aligned with the Emblematic Initiative1 by establishing itself as a collective coordination structure for the management of information to the service of humanitarian organizations, facilitating the way to put people and their priorities, needs and capacities at the center of all actions.
Using its experience and knowledge gained through its long-standing support to humanitarian coordination mechanisms and information management capacity strengthening activities, 3iSolution (iMMAP FRANCE) aims to strengthen and empower humanitarian partners to leverage and optimize information management tools, technologies, platforms and best practices in your response to a humanitarian crisis. To help achieve this, 3iSolution (iMMAP FRANCE) will carry out two main activities: 1. Provision of needs-based information management products and services to OCHA and the HCT (Humanitarian Country Team) in Colombia, particularly to align methodology of the Joint and Intersectoral Analysis Framework (JIAF) 2.0, to contribute to an evidence-based HPC. 2. Strengthen and train information management capacities at the community level, including indigenous authorities.
The EVIDEM consortium will provide a collective response from the main information management and analysis players addressing the identified gaps in information assessment, analysis and management. The proposal seeks to strengthen the capacities of first responder institutions and communities, including indigenous organizations, for anticipatory action and rapid response through analysis, evaluation and related coordination capabilities to improve preparedness and response capacity. multi-threat crisis in crisis-affected areas in Colombia, including an emphasis on coordination and information sharing between humanitarian actors linked to humanitarian access and clusters.

3iSolution (iMMAP France) is an international non-profit organization whose role is to provide information management services to humanitarian and development organizations, enabling partners to make informed decisions that ultimately provide high-quality targeted assistance to organizations. most vulnerable populations in the world. 3iSolution (iMMAP France) turns data into information and creates knowledge for decision-makers operating in conflict, disasters, post-disaster and recovery environments, as well as other complex emergency situations and development contexts.
Activities
· Prepare the work plan and timely communicate its progress, difficulties and challenges.
· Support quantitative and qualitative analyzes on the data obtained in coordination with the group of data and GIS analysts.
· Facilitate and promote internal coordination in the 3iSolution team and support with the preparation of inputs as requested by the Project Manager for the relationship with counterparts.
· Ensure compliance with the protocols and guidelines established for the common work framework between partners and 3iSolution
· Manage processes between Information Management Experts (IMEs), in relation to the development of information products.
· Channel the requests and requirements of the different partners of the EVIDEM consortium and be a focal point between the partners and the work teams of the 3iSolution team
· Present progress and monitor technical exchanges in the sessions of the technical committees of the EVIDEM consortium.
· In conjunction with the Project Manager, ensure a coherent work flow between the internal team and requests for information management product and service requirements.
· Identify with the IMEs and transversal teams the information gaps for joint generation of information products.
· Support the national and territorial analysis of the information from the evaluations carried out regarding the situation due to conflict and natural disasters in Colombia.
· Identify good practices related to 3iS management for replication, including registration and documentation through the Transversal Analysis Team (ETA).
· Promote the standardization and operationalization of processes within 3iSolution.
· Guarantee the timely and organized delivery of the products agreed in the work schedule.
· Participate in the meetings of the transversal analysis team and in the knowledge management spaces that are organized for this purpose.
· Support the identification and creation of analytical products prepared at the territorial level, in coordination with the ETA and according to the information needs at the local level identified in meetings with key actors.
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of NGOs and their advocacy policies.
Excellent skills for writing documents in Spanish.
Experience in inter-institutional relations, ability to communicate assertively and develop negotiations in difficult context environments.
Experience in analytical processes and working together with other organizations, preferably NGOs.
Ability to work based on objectives and compliance with standards through management indicators.
Knowledge of the internal conflict, its actors and understanding of the policies implemented in the area.
Advanced office management.
Experience:
To be eligible, the natural person offering these services must have at least 3 years of experience in activities similar to those presented in these terms. Have experience preparing reports and preparing reports for decision making.
Education:
Accredited professional in the areas of: political science, international relations, humanitarian studies or social sciences. Postgraduate studies (desirable).
Languages:
Fluent command of Spanish is required (speaking and writing it), advanced knowledge of the English language (desirable).
