Mission :

Your role ? Support the development and implementation of Youth Service projects in Ile-de-France. Under the supervision of a Youth Project Manager, here is what awaits you:
Prospecting and Loyalty: You will have your own portfolio of educational establishments. Your mission? Deploy actions to engage them in our projects. You will be there to present our initiatives and, thanks to your eloquence, convince the teaching teams to adopt them for their students!
Personalized Monitoring: You will be the focal point for participating establishments. Regular and personalized follow-up will be provided to them, and you will participate in loyalty events, such as open days.
Coordination with Volunteers: You will be in charge of recruiting, training and managing volunteers for Ile de France. You will also lead awareness sessions with students in schools.
Race Against Hunger: You will help organize and coordinate this exciting event! From preparation to on-site logistics, you will be on all fronts to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Monitoring Collections: You will also be responsible for monitoring collections related to the projects.

Conditions of employment:
Status: 12-month professionalization or work-study apprenticeship contract
Duration of contract: 12 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Work schedule: 3 days in the company, 2 days at school
Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated according to time of presence)
Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
Transport : 50% of the package between home and the workplace
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)
Social benefits: social work, reductions on cinema tickets
Teleworking: Open to all te·s from the metropolis. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at ACF headquarters. For this position, a mandatory presence of 16 days per month is planned at headquarters, with time dedicated to meetings and collective events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory attendance per week for your integration into the team.
