Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against world hunger. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Security and Livelihoods – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :
Your role will be to support the development and implementation of Youth Service projects in Ile-De-France. Under the supervision of a Youth Project Manager, your missions will be as follows:
In charge of a portfolio of educational establishments, you will deploy prospecting and loyalty actions to engage them in projects. You will arrange meetings with schools to present the projects, and you will succeed, thanks to your oral skills, in convincing the teaching teams to implement it for their students!
As a true focal point for participating establishments, you will provide them with personalized and regular monitoring and will occasionally participate in loyalty events such as open days.
You will also coordinate awareness-raising actions in schools with the network of volunteers. To do this, you will ensure the recruitment, training and management of volunteers for Ile de France. Within schools, you will also lead awareness sessions with students!
Also, you will participate in the organization and coordination of a Race Against Hunger! You will contribute to the preparation of the event, administrative procedures and monitoring of establishments. You will also provide logistical support prior to the event, with the definition of the material needs of the participating establishments, the monitoring of the sending of supports, the mobilization of volunteers present at the Race locations.
Finally, you will also monitor project-related collections.

Are you continuing your studies in Bac+4/5 in project management, business school, communication or humanitarian? Do you ideally have experience in project management or event organization?
Then this job is your destiny! We are looking for a person with keen commercial and interpersonal skills, capable of convincing anyone!
You enjoy hosting various audiences and you have good communication skills. In addition, you easily master encrypted data and you are comfortable with the Office Pack, demonstrating solid analytical skills.
If you are interested in humanitarian work, this is the icing on the cake! The key to success for this position lies in the candidate’s ability to work collaboratively within the team.
