Mission :

Under the supervision of the project manager, you will assist in the implementation of the “Vital’im” experimentation project in the Seine-Saint-Denis department and will contribute to the coordination of the actors involved in the different territories of ‘intervention.

More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Contribute to the implementation of the Vital’im project, in particular to the coordination of actors and network animation in each territory of intervention.
Support the implementation of the project, in line with the logical framework and ACF’s technical and project management standards.
Organize and lead territorial technical committees in conjunction with the project manager.
Facilitate the circulation of information and coordination with partners (Departmental Council, cities, local associations, technical service providers, etc.).
List the places of monetary transfers and in particular the places of sustainable food and facilitate their integration into the project.
Contribute to monitoring the deployment of health/nutrition support activities implemented by local associations.

Contribute to the monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning process of the “Vital’im” project.
Support the definition of methods for measuring the impact of support activities and support partner associations in their implementation.
Participate in monitoring and evaluation activities (qualitative focus group surveys and individual interviews, user committee, etc.) with partners and the target audience.
Participate in the organization of key times for the mobilization of investigators (briefings, training, debriefing, coordination of volunteers, etc.).
Contribute to the analysis of the collected data and provide the first report.

Contribute to the reporting, capitalization and dissemination of the “Vital’im” project.
Contribute to the drafting of reports, meeting minutes and other documents necessary for monitoring and capitalizing on the project.
Contribute to the consolidation of lessons learned and propose operational and advocacy recommendations.

Profile :

You have a Bac+5 type training in international relations/political science, international development and/or organizational management.
You have at least 2 years in the field of project management (in particular food safety or monitoring and evaluation programs) and in the field of social assistance and/or food democracy in France
You have experience in development, animation of network and coordination of actors
You have knowledge and an interest in the situation of people in great precariousness in France and in the interventions of associative actors targeting them.
You have knowledge of public policies for social protection and the fight against food insecurity in France
You have the ability to speak and lead groups. You know how to demonstrate rigor and flexibility.
You have good written and oral writing skills.

Terms of employment

Status: Supervisor – 18-month full-time contract.
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis).
Start date: 06/17/2024
Remuneration: from 33K to 40 euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience.
Advantages: 21 days of RTT.
