Mission :

As part of a team of 11 dynamic people, you will provide support to the entire team as well as delegates. Your main role will be to provide administrative and logistical support to delegations and to support the EMA service.
Concretely, here are your missions:
– Accounting monitoring and administrative management: As focal point with the accounting department, you will record and centralize purchasing requests and department expense reports, check invoices and manage the relationship with suppliers . You will carry out monthly monitoring of delegations’ bank accounts and expenses, as well as managing the associated monitoring tables.
– Logistics with the delegations: You will ensure the link and logistics with the delegations to meet their different needs in terms of equipment (inventory management and sending supplies: goodies, T-shirts, etc.).
– Support in monitoring communication tools: You will support departmental delegates in recruiting volunteers, monitor the delegations’ Facebook groups, and write the Delegations’ monthly newsletter as well as other communication materials. You will also propose and produce report, statistics and analysis documents, as well as internal and external communication tools to promote the service’s activity.
– Setting up and monitoring events: You will provide support in the organization and presence on the day of events and meetings organized by the Delegations at headquarters and in the region. You will also be able to help occasionally with events organized by the ACF headquarters. These events may take place on weekends, so weekend availability will be required.

Profile :

Terms of employment

Status: 12-month work-study professionalization or apprenticeship contract
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Desired pace: 3 weeks in a company / 1 week in school
Salary Conditions:
– Remuneration based on the legal minimum (percentage of the SMIC depending on age and level of training) over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated according to the time spent in the organization)
– Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
Transport: Covered at 50% of the package between home and – Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
– Social events and reductions on cinema tickets

Teleworking: Open to everyone from mainland France. The teleworking policy determines the activities requiring mandatory presence at headquarters, with mandatory presence of 12 days per month. Presence time will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and events, and 2 days of mandatory presence for the first 6 weeks when you join the team.

Special conditions and skills: Prolonged sitting, oral expression, work on screen, telephone contacts.
