Accounting Service Zoom

The Accounting Service consists of 11 people.

And the Alternating Headquarters and Field Accounting in all of this?

As’alternating Headquarters and field accounting, under the responsibility of the PUI Accounting Manager and in close collaboration with the’ all headquarters services (of which you will be autonomous and independent.e), you will be required to assist and participate in the accounting of Headquarters and Field expenses, as well as in the response to external audits. You will operate in a demanding environment, ensure compliance with applicable procedures, participate in the’ improvement of Headquarters and Missions accounting (possible field visits to be confirmed) .

You will participate in the keeping of head office accounts by the verification, monitoring and recording of all internal accounting documents ( invoices, expense reports, expenses ) as well as by their archiving. Regarding field accounting, you will be involved in the verification and processing of paper and electronic accounts via SAGA software. You will ensure the annual closure of 2 or 3 of our field missions. You will take part in the evolutions of the Accounting and Software Processes Headquarters and Field ( SAGE and SAGA ).

What you will need to get this alternation

  • Training: You must be attached to a training center approved by the State and justify initial training in accounting, management or finance.
  • Experience: A first professional experience will be valued.
  • Skills: You have perfect control over the pack office. Knowledge of SAGA and / or SAGE software would be greatly appreciated.
  • Qualities required: You show great rigor and a strong sense of organization. You are reliable and able to work in a stressful environment. You are autonomous and dynamic, and appreciate teamwork.
  • Languages: French and English ( in writing! ) have no secrets for you ? So much the better, these are two languages essential for this alternation!

PUI will offer you

  • Status: Employee in professionalization contract or apprenticeship contract
  • Salary:

Professionalization contract: Percentage of minimum wage determined according to age and diploma

Learning contract: Percentage of minimum wage determined according to age and year of learning

  • Support: Support for 50% of the transport ticket and up to 60% of the Tickets Restaurant ( with a face value of 9 € )
  • Medical cover : 80% of the Health and Welfare mutual
  • Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month ( 37h / week )
  • Five days of exam leave
  • telework policy flexible, based on three methods.
