We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Preparation of Monthly WHT and PAYE remittance schedule
  • Attachment of Supporting Documents to all Payment Vouchers, Filing and agreement of supporting documents with each line item
  • Daily filing of correspondence and update of files (LSIR, FIRS, Pension, Insurance etc.)
  • Attending to retirement of Cash Advances
  • Stamping paid on all Payment Vouchers
  • Photocopy and scanning of Documents
  • Ensuring that all staff members sign their pay slips and file promptly.
  • Submission of files for Internal Audit review
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.


  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
  • Prior experience working as an Accounts Assistant
  • Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good Time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask.
