Mission :

?? Mission 1: Organize training
As an HR or educational pedagogy assistant, your mission will be to organize face-to-face and/or remote training. To do this, you will have to:
– Update the annual training schedule in collaboration with the project coordinators.
– Communicate regularly about training schedules to country offices.
– Assist the Training Engineering Coordinator in the deployment of training in the Country Offices.
– Take charge of the organization of integration seminars and training
– Management of training rooms: reservation and preparation.
– Financial management: cash management and preparation of per diems.
– Complete purchase requests and ensure follow-up.
?? Mission 2: Participate in cross-functional issues
You will also be involved in cross-functional projects in collaboration with the Training Engineering Coordinator, the Learning and Skills Development department, as well as the Human Resources Department.
In this sense your missions will consist of:
– Assisting in the creation and implementation of new training projects.
– Participate in specific work meetings.
This work-study program will allow you to acquire a global vision of training issues within our organization and to actively contribute to their implementation. ??

Profile :

We are looking for a candidate following a Master 1 or 2 in Human Resources, Educational Pedagogy or a similar field. This Master’s degree should have a practical orientation, providing a solid foundation in the organization and management of training courses.
The ideal work-study student must be organized, dynamic and have good interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a team, communicate effectively and adapt to a multicultural environment would be a major asset for this position. Likewise, you will master the English language for international communications and exchanges.
You will have to master the organization of training courses, including anticipation, planning and logistics management. Therefore, basic knowledge in the use of email and digital content writing techniques is required.
Strong motivation for the humanitarian field and sensitivity to skills development issues would also be appreciated.

Terms of employment

?? 12-month professionalization or work-study apprenticeship contract.
?? Desired pace: 3 weeks/1 week in training, or 4 days/1 day in training.
??Location of the position: Montreuil (93)

Remuneration based on the legal minimum (depending on your age and your level of training) over 13 months.

To this end, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 2 days per week has been defined for this position. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence for the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
