About: Action against Hunger
Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, in particular during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Safety and Ways of Existence – Water, Health, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :
Your missions will be as follows:
Participate in the development of the financial management skills of field and headquarters teams and the identification of post-training needs
Define the needs for evolution or creation of training tools and participate in their development
Analyze the impact of the training provided and propose ways to improve them
Establish, for each identified person, the appropriate training plan from the identification of needs to post-training follow-up
Identify and train potential trainers on Country Offices
Capitalize on the support provided and make a return to the relevant stakeholders
Participate in the development, maintenance and use of field financial tools
Ensure the user interface: help with the use, contribution to the parameterization, validation and dissemination of the procedures for bypassing minor bugs
Support the deployment of new tools and procedures at the country office and regional level
Status : Integrated Framework – CSD 6 months and two weeks – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary Conditions:
From 40K to 51Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
21 Days of RTT
Health coverage, pension : Support at 80% by ACF
Transport :Support of 50% of the package between the home and the workplace

Teleworking: Open to all·s and from the metropolitan territory. Attendance times at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing.

Profile :
Finance and/or accounting training, you have experience in NGOs and/or humanitarian work in field finance positions.
Experience with Action Against Hunger is a plus.
You master training and meeting animation techniques.
You are able to design training courses according to different modalities (presential, remote, individual, collective), etc,
You have a perfect command of Excel and in general of the Office Pack. Mastery of VBA is a plus.
You are very rigorous and you are comfortable in speaking in public.
