Mission :

The IRMS Program Manager assesses needs, submits alerts, conducts multisectoral surveys, and identifies, implements, and, monitors and evaluates emergency response (Wash and NFI distribution) within the framework of the Rapid Response Mechanism in dedicated areas. It actively participates in humanitarian monitoring and contributes to the development of post-distribution collection and monitoring tools and to the capitalization of program activities.
Specifically, your main responsibilities will be :
Participate in humanitarian monitoring and carry out evaluations
Ensure the implementation, monitoring and reporting of RRM activities
Feed the reflection on the strategy, identify the needs and contribute to the formulation of projects and positions of the Emergency department
Supervise and manage a team of 10 people: the RP WASH RRM assistant, the WASH project manager, the WASH supervisor and the facilitators
Participate in the coordination, representation and partnerships of ACF in the area of intervention
Participate in safety management
Contribute to the Quality and Accountability processes and the impact measurement of its program
Contribute to the capitalization and technical development within its sector

6 Months of fixed-term contract of use of French law
Gross monthly salary of entry from 2130 to 2475euros depending on experience
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 767euros (see eurocost) net, paid on the ground.
Monthly context allowance: 450euros
Child allowance: 1500euros per year per child present in the country of origin (6000euros/year ceiling)
16% of the gross monthly salary of pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens.
Transport and housing : Travel management and collective housing
Medical coverage : 100% of the coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
Leave and RnR: 25 days a year, 20 RTT per year and 215 euros paid during the recovery period

Profile :

Holder of a master’s degree in a field linked to humanitarian action in project management or technical training in connection with one of our intervention sectors ( WASH, SAME, Environment, Finances ).
You have significant experience of at least 5 years in humanitarian organizations, including experiences in emergency context.
You also have a good knowledge of the project cycle and budget monitoring, and a mastery of methodological monitoring and evaluation tools.

Endowed with good relational and good management skills, you have no difficulty expressing yourself in English, oral and written.
A previous experience with ACF on WASH or SAME PR positions would be a real advantage !
