YOUR POST AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As SMSP Program Manager, the objective of your action will be to identify and implement quality, relevant and innovative SMPS interventions in Tshikapa while respecting the strategy, ACF and international standards and national policies.
More specifically, you will :
– Provide analyzes on the strategy and positioning of the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support department in the Tshikapa region in accordance with the objectives of the consortium ;
– Ensure the implementation, monitoring and drafting of SMSP project reports ;
– Contribute to the quality and accountability processes, as well as to the evaluation of the impact of SMSP programs ;
– Participate in coordination, representation and Action Against Hunger partnerships in your area of intervention ;
– Train and manage your ( team recruitment, skills development, evaluation, leadership ) ;
– Contribute to capitalization and technical development in SMSP ;
– Guarantee and ensure the confidentiality of the data collected during the mission’s SMSP activities ;
– Ensure internal and external reporting in accordance with the formats and deadlines provided, as well as the functionality of the accountability, fraud and SEA case control mechanisms.
YOUR PROFILE
You hold a BAC + 5 diploma in clinical psychology
You are a humanitarian professional and have an international experience of at least 1 year ideally with ACF or another NGO on a SMSP PR position, ideally in complicated security contexts.
Team management and training experience would be appreciated.
You have demonstrated trainer skills and are committed to building skills and making your teams accountable.
You are recognized for your sense of diplomacy and your interpersonal skills, of adaptation and rapid understanding.
You have good knowledge in humanitarian psychiatry.
You have good reporting and project budget management capacities.
Knowledge of commitment to ACF’s objectives and principles of intervention and standard documents would be an advantage.
YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Fixed-term contract for use under French law: 12 months Gross monthly salary: from 2,130 to 2,475 EUR depending on experience Repayment pension insurance for non-French citizens: 16% gross monthly salary Increase in basic salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract Per diem and monthly living expenses: 1031 $ ( cf eurocost ) net, paid in the field Monthly context allocation: EUR 150 Child allowance: EUR 1,500 per year per child present in the country of origin ( ceiling of EUR 6,000 / year ) Transport and accommodation : Travel management and collective housing Medical cover: 100% of the payment of health contributions ( CFE + complementary health ) and repatriation insurance Wage maintenance devices ( sickness, maternity, paternity ) Congés and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year ;support for the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break area, and EUR 215 of lump sum compensation by RnRAccompagnation and training
