Mission :

Under his supervision, you will assist the Territorial Project Manager in the development, implementation and monitoring of the 15th district project in Marseille.
More specifically, your missions will be:
Mission 1: Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of project activities:
-Participate in the planning and organization of activities and in particular site visits, the design and production of questionnaires, the development and support for partnerships.
-Contribute to monitoring and evaluation activities such as collecting information and updating project monitoring tools.
Mission 2: Participate in context monitoring:
-Carry out a literature review and update the mapping of actors and partners in the intervention area.
Mission 3: Contribute to the analysis of data and the writing of reports/communication and advocacy materials:
-Participate in the analysis of data collected during the project
-Contribute to the writing of reports and dissemination of results.
Mission 4: Participate in the life of the Marseille base:
-Participate in particular in base meetings and exchanges with the rest of the France Mission.
-Depending on activities and needs, provide support for other Marseille base projects, those of the Resources center in particular.

Profile :

Currently in Master I or II, in Political Sciences; Public action; Social science; Social Action; International, Territorial, local development; Project management.
You have developed project management skills and have knowledge of French rights access systems.
Furthermore, you are recognized for your writing skills and your mastery in collecting, analyzing and managing data on Excel.
Responsive and autonomous, you have strong analytical and synthesis skills. You have strong interpersonal and adaptation skills, and know how to interact with various partners.
Volunteer experience/associative involvement with people in precarious situations and/or exile is a plus.

Terms of employment

? Status: 12-month work-study apprenticeship or professionalization contract
?? Contract duration: 12 months
?? Location: Marseille (PACA)
?? Salary Conditions:
– Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
– 21 days of RTT (prorated according to the time of presence)
– Health and welfare coverage: Covered at 80% by ACF
– Transport: 50% of the package between home and the workplace
– Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)
– Social benefits: social works, reductions on cinema tickets
?? Teleworking: Open to everyone from mainland France. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 12 days per month is planned at headquarters, with time dedicated to meetings and collective events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory attendance per week for your integration into the team.
