Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against world hunger. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Security and Livelihoods – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :
As a work-study Philanthropy Assistant, you will have an essential role in our team by helping us support our major donors, those who generously contribute to our mission with donations of more than 1000 euros. You will be responsible for rigorously monitoring our partners, mastering our recognition programs and setting up and monitoring monitoring tools through our internal databases.
Your missions will include:
– Participate in the verification process, from registration to thanks, and participate in sending recognition and accountability tools, such as the tax receipt.
– Contribute to monitoring the Research process, which consists of documenting strategic donor profiles.
– Participate, depending on the progress of your work-study program, in the Pole’s missions such as donor meetings, fundraising campaigns and the implementation of relational monitoring tools.

Profile :
If you are passionate about the world of digital marketing, and you are comfortable writing documents, then this opportunity is for you! As a work-study student, you will have the opportunity to develop your communication skills while working in a stimulating environment with multiple contacts.
We are looking for a person who is completing their Master’s degree in the field of Communication or Marketing, who is proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel. In addition, a good knowledge of digital communication tools such as Canva, Indesign or Figma would be assets for your application.
We favor a work-study schedule which provides for 1/4 week of training, while the rest will be dedicated to your presence in the company.

Conditions of employment:
Status: 12-month professionalization or work-study apprenticeship contract
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum (percentage of the minimum wage depending on age and level of training) over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated to the time spent in the organization)
Health coverage, welfare: 80% covered by ACF
Transport: 50% covered by the package between home and workplace Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros; Social openings and reduction on cinema tickets
Teleworking: Our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring mandatory presence time at the association’s headquarters, and allows you to choose to exercise fully or in part the rest of this time teleworking. To this end, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 3 days per week has been defined for this position. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence for the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
