Mission :

In connection with the Regional Logistics Referrer·, you will have to participate in the compliance and performance of the logistics operations of the missions of the pool, your role will be to ensure logistical operational continuity in the Central Africa region and in the pool.
Specifically, you will be in charge of :
Ensure logistical compliance of missions.
Ensure the validation of procurement files (in accordance with the rules of delegation of responsibility of the RLR).
Ensure the screening of suppliers selected by the missions.
Ensure the feasibility and compliance of ACF logistics procedures.
Provide technical and logistical support to field teams.
Ensure the implementation of mission logistics strategies.
Produce performance analyses and capitalize on them in the form of reports.
Contribute to the capitalization of good logistics practices, documenting and disseminating them.
Contribute to proposals for improving logistics systems (tools, procedures, flows..).
Supervise the field logistics team (functional and/or hierarchical).
Organize the recruitment and integration of team members.
Train and promote the development of the skills of its team members.

Profile :

Coming from a higher education in logistics you already have a significant experience of at least 4 years in humanitarian logistics, in, two of them as Department Manager or field logistics coordinator with ACF or another similar sized NGO.
You have developed a real expertise concerning humanitarian logistics and continuous improvement actions to be implemented to optimize processes.
You speak French and English and are able to work in a multicultural environment both at headquarters and in the field where you will be brought to· to move.
You are professionally recognized· for your adaptability and pedagogy.

Employment conditions

Status: Freestanding Framework – CSD 10 months – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 40K to 50Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
