Mission :

With the support of a Human Resources Manager, your work-study program will consist of working in close collaboration with Human Resources managers and payroll managers in order to contribute to the administrative and contractual activity of management Human Resources within the association.
Your main missions will be:
Support contractualization, management of contractual events and management of exits:
– Monitor the contracts of interns and work-study students, including management of entries and exits.
– Develop employment contracts and monitor variable payroll elements.
– Provide support to HR and Payroll Managers during audits.
– Assist in the creation of pension files.

Support, advise and guide interns/alternates on HR topics:
– Communicate on hiring conditions and HR executives (welcome messages, communication from executives, welcome meetings, animation of integration seminars; internal regulations, collective agreements, legal rules).
– Answer common questions about pay and employee rights (explanation of gross/net difference and variable elements of the pay slip, leave, etc.).

Participate in or support HR managers on the management of international employees:
– Participate in briefings, debriefings, workshops with international HR managers, contracts, absence monitoring, health coverage, expense reports

Contribute to the development of the service’s tools/procedures:
– Report needs for improvement of tools/processes: propose solutions and/or improvements and participate in their updating
– Participate in service projects: example: monthly newsletter

Profile :

You are preparing for Bac+3 or Bac+4 level training in Human Resources or equivalent.
You are someone organized, rigorous and responsive; knowing how to manage priorities independently while appreciating teamwork
You have a great interest in the humanitarian sector.
Given the international environment of the association, a good level of English is desired.

Terms of employment

Status: 12-month work-study professionalization or apprenticeship contract
Duration of the contract: 12 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Desired pace of work: 3 days in the company, 2 days at school
Salary conditions:
– Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
– 21 days of RTT (prorated according to time of presence)
– Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
– Transport : 50% of the package between home and the workplace
– Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)
– Social benefits: social works, reductions on cinema tickets

Teleworking: Open to everyone from mainland France. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 4 days per month is planned at the headquarters, with time dedicated to meetings and collective events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory attendance per week for your integration into the team.
