Mission :

Within the Human Resources Directorate of Action Against Hunger, your role will be to ensure the coordination of HRIS developments and its functional coherence.
Specifically, you will be in charge of :
Support and provide functional support to· users of HRIS applications by defining and programming user rights. You will need to respond to requests for assistance from all· users, from headquarters and field and to escalate Level 2 requests to service providers and follow up on them, through the different tools of “ticketing “. You will participate in the development of tutorials and ensure their regular update and train new employees to’use of HR applications by tracking their level of satisfaction
Participate in the recurrent maintenance, evolution and optimization of HR IS applications through the maintenance of user rights, repositories and other functional evolutions, including, adjustments of the functional parameterization and the implementation of the evolutions. You will ensure the monitoring of functional novelties, anomalies and evolution needs with the teams and service providers concerned
Manage deployments and change management with configuration updates and testing prior to deployments and the creation of user guides. Overall, you will coordinate the deployment with the various stakeholders involved, at headquarters and in the field with good communication, beautiful training and a reinforced support during the first weeks of putting into production
Contribute to the implementation of HR SI projects in support of the project leader by actively participating in all phases of the project: collection of needs, drafting of functional specifications, analysis, parameterization, etc, recipe, put into production…

Profile :

Vous justifiez d’une première expérience significative dans le domaine des SIRH et de l’accompagnement fonctionnel de ce type de projet.
Vous connaissez les processus de paie (gestion administrative, gestion des temps et des talents) et avez un bon relationnel, le sens du service et des priorités. Vous êtes également rigoureux·se, organisé·e et avez une bonne capacité d’analyse.
Un bon niveau d’expression orale et écrite en français comme en anglais est nécessaire pour ce poste.
La connaissance du milieu humanitaire ainsi qu’une expérience sur le terrain comme Admin base est un plus.
Enfin, si vous connaissez et utilisez nos applications (Homère, Nibélis, Notilus et/ou Talentsoft), c’est un vrai avantage !
