Mission :

Under the management of the Director of Operations, your responsibility will be to strengthen and develop ACF’s response capacity by professionalizing security, safety and access management.
More specifically, you will :
– Define and ensure the follow-up of the security, safety and access strategy of ACF France. In this context, you propose and deploy the action plan of the Deputy Directorate of Security, Safety and Access. You guarantee the monitoring of specific indicators and other tools to accurately control the activity.
– Managing the Deputy Directorate Security, Safety and Access by establishing the annual action plans and objectives of the service, by setting up monitoring and reporting dashboards or, alternatively, by, organizing individual points and annual interviews of team members. You will also promote collaborative working methods with other departments in the department, headquarters and field
contribute to developing and strengthening the culture of security, safety and access in Country Offices and at Headquarters
– Contribute to the strengthening and improvement of crisis management and incident management, your participation in crisis management meetings headquarters, and, your support provided to the 4 Regional Security Referents and Country Offices if necessary etc
– Contribute to the development and pooling of tools and resources related to the ACF International network. You will participate in the drafting of management policies, general standards and training of network security
– Guarantee communication on all the activities of the Security, Security and Access Fairness and represent it externally and internally (donors, ACF International and with other departments)
– Participate in the management and operation of the Operations Department

In the first months, your goals will be to have a fine mastery of the contexts and your role and responsibilities. You will also have to master the priorities of the Directorate’s portfolio and in particular external representation. In the following months, consolidating ACF’s Access positioning will be a priority.

Profile :

You have at least 8 years of experience in the humanitarian sector including 5 years in an International NGO of “size and culture ” equivalent to ACF that evolves in the same type of contexts and you with occupied· a function with responsibilities in the management of security at the headquarters of an NGO.
You also have experience in budget management and you master the tools and methodology of safety management.
You are recognized· for your managerial and leadership skills but also for your context analysis, planning and strategy skills. You have very good skills in building and maintaining a network.
The mastery of French and English (written and oral) is essential to occupy this position.

Employment conditions

Status: Autonomous Framework – CDI-Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 59K to 65Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
