Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. Mission :
Under the caring and dynamic supervision of the Collection Manager – Libertés & Fondation, you will be the driving force behind the development of the collection of donations and commitments, as well as the collection for the ACF Foundation.
Your mission, if you accept it (and we hope that you will!), will be as varied as it is stimulating:
– You will be in charge of mailing operations, emailing, phoning and other communication campaigns for donations and the Foundation .
– You will juggle advertising space reservations, in collaboration with the advertising agencies and our agency, to make our cause shine.
– You will be in the field, participating in the organization and running of exhibitions to raise awareness among our targets of the action of our association.
– You will be our information hero, answering requests and questions about donations, and transforming prospects into allies.
– You will delve into the data, analyzing marketing performance for donations and the Foundation, so that every euro invested counts.
And finally, you will be our explorer of trends and innovation, keeping an eye on the latest developments and cultivating the relationship with our testators, donations and foundations.

Profile :
You are currently in Master 1 or 2 in marketing or communication, with at least one experience (internship and/or work-study) as a marketing or communication assistant. You have marketing analysis skills and a good knowledge of the charitable sector would be an asset for this position. You also excel in writing and summarizing, both in French and English.
Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel, as well as communication tools such as Canva, Indesign or Figma would be a significant advantage.

Terms of employment
Status: 12-month professionalization or work-study apprenticeship contract
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Desired pace: 3 to 4 days/week in a company or 2 weeks in a company for 1 week of school.
Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum (percentage of the SMIC depending on age and level of training) over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated to the time spent in the organization)
Health coverage, welfare: Taken into account 80% charge by ACF
Transport: 50% of the package covered between home and the workplace
Meal allowance: 4.80 euros per day worked
Social events and reductions on cinema tickets
Teleworking: Open to all ·s and from mainland France, our teleworking policy gives you the flexibility to choose how you want to work. Mandatory presence at headquarters for 8 days per month is required, with time dedicated to collective sharing and integration into the team.
Special conditions: Prolonged sitting, oral expression, work on screen, telephone contacts.
