Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights world hunger. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger by preventing, detecting and treating undernutrition, especially during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. YOUR POST AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the responsibility of the country director, your objective will be to guarantee the proper management of funds and its transparency by ensuring the accounting and financial management of the mission in compliance with the ACF management framework and legislation local. Your missions will be as follows:
– Contribute to the definition of the mission strategy
– Guarantee the accounting keeping of the mission
– Guarantee the management of cash on the mission
– Guarantee budgetary and financial management
– Promote and ensure financial and budgetary collaboration and coordination with the mission partners
– Prevent and manage situations of fraud and corruption
– Supervise and support the Finance team in the capital and be the Functional Manager of Finance Managers on the bases
YOUR PROFILE
Bac + 5 training in Finance and / or Management, you have an experience of at least 3 years on similar position
You have experience in the field of financial management on Coordination positions in different contexts
You have communication and organizational skills, transfer of skills.
You have an ability and an ease to work in a volatile context with strong security pressures, as well as in a context where corruption can be present.
You control the management of budgetary activity.
You have knowledge about SAGA software
YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
12 months of fixed-term contract used under French law
Gross monthly entry salary from 2597 to 2968EUR depending on experience
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 725EUR ( cf eurocost ) net, paid in the field.
Monthly context allocation: EUR 300
16% of the gross monthly retirement insurance reimbursement salary for non-French citizens.
Transport and housing: Travel management and collective housing
Medical coverage: 100% of the coverage of health contributions ( CFE + complementary health ) and repatriation insurance
Leave and RnR: 25 days a year, 20 RTT per year and 215EUR paid during the recovery period
