Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights world hunger. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger by preventing, detecting and treating undernutrition, especially during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. YOUR POST AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will be to strengthen the effectiveness of the AICS project by analyzing its processes and risk management, as well as guarantee compliance by ACF with the AICS lessor procedures and the conformity of procedures between the ACF / NGO partner and AICS requirements.
More specifically, you will need to :
– Guarantee the good continuity and eligibility of project procedures
– Guarantee the quality of the project’s accounting and budgetary management
– Guarantee the good continuity and eligibility of the project logistics procedures
– Guarantee the good continuity and eligibility of the HR procedures of the project
– Conduct internal and external controls to the AICS project in accordance with the action plan
– Communicate and alert the various stakeholders on the timeliness of updating the project monitoring procedures
– Capitalize on knowledge of AICS lessor rules for ACF

YOUR PROFILE

You have a training / diploma in finance.
You have proven financial / logistical / HR experience and ideally humanitarian experience in an administrator / finance position.
You preferably have experience in carrying out audits / control systems and in steering budgetary activity.
If possible, you justify skills in design and training.
You have a good knowledge of donor rules.
You are comfortable working in a volatile security context, with known risks of corruption.
You must master French and English ( orally and in writing ).

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Fixed-term contract for use under French law: 7 months Gross monthly salary: from 2,130 to 2,475EUR depending on experience Repayment pension insurance for non-French citizens: 16% gross monthly salary Increase in basic salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract Per diem and monthly living expenses: 725EUR ( cf eurocost ) net, paid in the field Monthly context allocation: EUR 300 Child allowance: EUR 1,500 per year per child present in the country of origin ( ceiling of EUR 6,000 / year ) Transport and accommodation : Travel management and collective housing Medical cover: 100% of the payment of health contributions ( CFE + complementary health ) and repatriation insurance Wage maintenance devices ( sickness, maternity, paternity ) Congés and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year ;support for the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break area, and EUR 215 of lump sum compensation by RnRAccompagnation and training
