Job Purpose

As a Graphic Designer at Violet, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our visual communications align with our branding guidelines and effectively convey messages to the community. You will work collaboratively with various teams to create impactful graphics and designs across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with Violet’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

• Graphic Design: Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, websites, and various promotional materials using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Diverse Content: Design content in various formats, including static images, GIFs, illustrations, and motion graphics, as appropriate for the project’s goals.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our communications and advocacy teams to understand specific project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate our messages.

• Feedback Incorporation: Take feedback from team members and stakeholders and make revisions as necessary to ensure that the final design meets the desired standards and objectives.

• Respect and apply all the PSEA and child protection principles and show a high commitment to report any PSEA & CP action.

Note: the above-mentioned vital responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Depending on the department’s organizational chart, other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)

A. Essential

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role work in a creative or media environment. media agencies / preferably.

– Project coordination and management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

B.Desirable :

– University degree in media, or related fields.

– One years of experience with Humanitarian NGOs.

– Intermediate level in the English Language.
