Mission :

Under the supervision of the Finance – Tools, Training and Projects Service Manager, you will be responsible for the development and the necessary evolutions of the financial information system, in compliance with the management framework dictated by the services of the Administrative and Financial Directorate.
Specifically, your missions will be as follows :
Coordinate the evolution of existing Financial Management Systems (FMS).
As part of the gradual establishment of the New Deal Finance and the New Deal Regions, the, collect and identify the needs of countries, regions and the finance sector in terms of desired developments related to FMS (Excel, ERP and SAGA).
Contribute to the evolutionary maintenance of ERP Finance.
Identify ERP needs, feedback and malfunctions with users in the field (bases and capitals) and at headquarters.
Define the specifications of the modifications/corrections to be made by the publisher of the software or by the developers (in connection with the SI service).
Participate in projects for the transformation of financial tools, in conjunction with the manager, contribute to studies and projects.
Communicate the progress of developments to all stakeholders.
Respond to requests from services involved in transversal development projects.

Profile :

Graduate training in business school, engineering school, or university in finance and management (master 2, DCG, DESCF), you ideally have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting and/or operational management control /financial control, including at least 2 years in project management. Financial management experience in an international NGO is desired.
Or coming from a higher education in IS management and SI project management with a strong appetite for financial subjects and justifying at least a significant experience as a project manager SI related to the problems of finance functions.
You have also been actively involved in the implementation of financial tools such as ERP. You have good knowledge in accounting and the technical-functional aspect of the project motivates you. You are proficient in SQL queries.
You are very organized, able to manage priorities and work in a context with a tight schedule. You are recognized for your spirit of synthesis and your communication skills (written and oral). Good level in English (written and oral).

Employment conditions

Status: Integrated Framework-4-month CSD – Full-time
Location: Ile-De-France
Remuneration:From 45K to 54Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
