Mission :

With the accompaniment of a Human Resources Officer, your alternation will consist in working closely with the· Human Resources managers and the· payroll managers in order to contribute to the administrative and contractual activity of the management of Human Resources within l’association.
Your main tasks will be :
Support the contractualization, the management of contractual events and the management of outputs:
– Follow the contracts of the trainees and alternating·, including the management of entries and exits.
– Develop employment contracts and track variable payroll elements.
– Be in support of the HR and payroll· Charge during audits.
– Assist in the creation of pension files.

Accompany, advise and guide and the trainees/alternating· on HR topics:
– Communicate on the conditions of employment and HR executives (reception messages, communication of executives, reception appointments, facilitation of integration seminars; rules of procedure, collective agreements, legal rules).
– Answering common questions about payroll and employee rights (explanation of gross/net difference and variable elements of the pay slip, leave, etc..).
Participate in or support HRCs in the management of international employees:
– Participate in briefings, debriefings, workshops with international HR managers, contracts, absence tracking, health coverage, expense reports

Contribute to the development of tools/service procedure :
– Raise the needs for improvement of tools/processes: propose solutions and/or improvements and participate in their updating
– Participate in service projects : example : monthly newsletter

Profile :

You are preparing a Bac+3 or Bac+4 level training in Human Resources or equivalent.
You are someone who is organized, rigorous, and reactive·; knowing how to manage priorities independently while enjoying teamwork
You have a great interest in the humanitarian sector.
Given the international environment of the association, a good level of English is desired.

Employment conditions

Status : 12-month professionalisation or apprenticeship contract
Contract duration: 12 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Desired pace of work: 3 days in business, 2 days at school
Salary Conditions :
– Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
– 21 days of RTT (extended according to the time of presence)
health and pension coverage: 80% coverage by ACF
transport: 50% of the package between home and work
– Titres-restaurant: 60% of support by the association (value of 8euros)
social benefits : social works, discounts on cinema tickets

Teleworking : Open to all·s from the metropolis. Our teleworking policy regulates activities requiring a presence at the headquarters of the association. You can choose to work fully or partially telecommuting. For this position, a mandatory presence of 4 days per month is provided at headquarters, with times dedicated to meetings and collective events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory attendance per week for your integration into the team.
