About: Action Against Hunger
Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, in particular during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Safety and Ways of Existence – Water, Health, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :
Under the supervision of the Logistics IS Functional Expert, your role will be to support the Logistics Directorate in the formalization of its functional needs, as part of the evolution of the Logistics Information System, and to provide support to· users of the SI Logistics.
Specifically, your missions will be :
Participate in the formalization of the functional specifications of the IS Logistics
Ensure regular functional monitoring in the implementation of IS projects
Participate in the dissemination and deployment of the IS Logistics, and the associated support
Set up and manage the evolutions of the Logistic data analysis repository
Maintain a watch on the SI needs of the logistics department
Profile :
You have a higher education in Logistics, Purchasing or equivalent.
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a humanitarian logistics position in the field.
You have experience as a functional analyst· SI or equivalent.
Ideally, you have experience with ACF.
You have advanced knowledge and a very good command of Excel and its functions.
Working in an international environment, you master English, both orally and in writing.
Employment conditions
Status : Integrated Framework – CDI – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 36K to 41Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at the headquarters (For positions in CDI)
