Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. You will be in charge of implementing the SMSP activities planned in the projects in the Drodro area (a project under development).
Specifically, you will be responsible for :
Oversee the SMSP activities of Mweso sub-base projects;
Supervise the project team and coordinate activities;
Participate in research in care practices and mental health;
Develop work in multidisciplinary teams;
Ensure the protection of project beneficiaries;
Ensure internal reporting and planned deadlines, as well as the functionality of accountability, fraud and SEA case mechanisms.
You hold a Bac + 5 Diploma in Clinical Psychology
You are a professional humanitarian and have international experience with ACF in a similar position as Project Manager SMSP (at least 1 year of experience, with, ideally in conflict zones or fragile contexts);
You have a recognized experience in team management and have demonstrated training capabilities, including,
You are committed to raising your skills and empowering your teams; You are recognized for your sense of diplomacy and your relational abilities, adaptation and rapid understanding;
You know humanitarian psychiatry;
You have good reporting and project budget management skills;
You master the IT tool and the Office ( Lord pack, Excel );
You master French ( lu, written, spoken ).
