About: Action Against Hunger
Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, in particular during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Safety and Ways of Existence – Water, Health, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :
Under the responsibility of the Youth and Solidarity Project Coordinator, your missions will be as follows :
Prospecting new schools.
Define the annual prospecting strategy for your regional sector, in line with the national strategy.
Retaining the participating institutions.
Ensure a personalized and regular follow-up of the participating institutions of the current year and previous years.
Accompany and support participating institutions in the implementation of the project.
Coordinate the realization of awareness sessions for the Race Against Hunger.
Ensure the proper logistical organization of the project.
Ensure the proper organization of the Course in schools.
Follow-up on the receipt of collections.
Be the guarantor, in your regional sector, of compliance with the collection procedure established by the headquarters.
Communicate the collection procedure to participating institutions in connection with the Manager of management and management tools.
Contribute to the media and communication of projects.
Carry out the annual review of each edition and draw up recommendations.
Carry out, where appropriate, the balance sheet of the Grand Courses organised.
Accompany the Departmental Delegations on your regional sector.
Participate in monthly service meetings held at headquarters, as well as in working groups.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of youth projects.
Profile :
Holder of a higher generalist training (business school, IEP) specialized in commercial project management and/or event communication, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally acquired in Education for Development and international solidarity.
You have a successful experience in coaching volunteers and/or alternates.
Motivated by the human contact with multiple interlocutors, you are recognized· for your pedagogy, your ability to build relationships of trust and your ability to speak in public.
Your rigor and your sense of organization allow you to manage activities at the same time with ease.
Knowledge of the national education community is highly valued.
Employment conditions
Status: Autonomous Framework – CDI – Full-time
Location : in region (Grand-Est)
Remuneration: From 36K to 43Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
Benefits: 20 days of RTT
Health coverage, Providence : 80% support by ACF

Transport benefits: 50% of the package is paid between the home and the workplace

Special conditions:Post based at home ideally in Strasbourg, Nancy or Reims close to public transport.
Many trips will be expected in the Grand Est region.
Attendance times at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing; 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events, including, and 2 days of mandatory presence during your integration into the team.
