Mission :

Under the supervision of the Head of Communication Pole – Internal Communication Pole, you will help promote and facilitate internal communication to ensure the cohesion and adherence of the· employees to the development goals of the organization. In this context, you will be responsible for :
The writing and quality of content in internal communication
Respect for the editorial line of the internal social network
The performance analysis of community management on the internal social network
Specifically, your missions will be :
Contribute to the development of internal communication elementsParticipate in the creation of adapted internal communication supports for the attention of the employees·s headquarters and field
Participate in the development of event concepts for the animation of ACF life, according to the needs of senior management and the highlights of the cluster
Participate in the production of indicators for monitoring ongoing projects and ensure reporting on defined KPIs
Monitor the achievements and best practices of implementation within other companies or other actors in the international solidarity sector
Participate in the internal communication strategy and in the implementation of the associated projects
Contribute to the animation of the internal social networkParticipate in the content strategy, moderation, animation and communication of the social network
Create new content and formats (texts, texts,photos & videos)
Ensure a quantitative and qualitative analysis of community management performance
Provide support in the creation and animation of communities within the organization (international missions, volunteer delegations, members, other headquarters services, etc.)
Train the different· users in the Workplace social network and provide advice on its use and animation
Propose areas for improvement on the use of the social network
Work in collaboration with the other Poles of the Delegated Communication Directorate on content and disseminate them
Help support all the different departments in their internal communication needs

Profile :

You hold a BAC+3 in HR marketing, HR project management or internal communication, ideally with a specialty in digital communication, social media/community management, or web journalism.
You have professional experience in internal communication, social media management or HR communication, and ideally experience in the humanitarian sector or international solidarity.
You are particularly active· on the web (blog, community animation..).
You have knowledge of video editing and master Photoshop /Indesign Adobe.
You have a dynamic and optimistic personality. You are an autonomous person, creative in ideas, curious, enthusiastic, open-minded and diplomatic.
Working in an international environment, you master the English language professionally.

Employment conditions

Status : Mastery Officer – CDI – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 33K to 40Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at the headquarters (For positions in CDI)
Advantages: 21 days of RTT
Health coverage, pension : Support at 80% by ACF
Salary maintenance devices (illness, maternity, paternity)
Transport Allowances : Support at 50% of the package between the home and the workplace
Tickets-restaurant (Lunch Card Up): Support at 60% by the association for a value of 8 euros

Teleworking: Teleworking open to all from the metropolitan territory
For this position, a mandatory presence at headquarters has been defined for 3 days per week
Collective attendance times imposed /also mandatory by the employer : for meetings and collective events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence during your integration into the team
