Mission :

You will assist the Director of Human Resources (HRR) in the daily management of the department.
Specifically, your role will be to:
Ensure the organization and administrative management of the departmentManage the HRD agenda taking into account priorities and ensure the telephone permanence of the HRD (in case of absence or meeting).
Prepare and organize internal and external meetings.
Classify and archive documents.
To carry out orders for office supplies and stationery in connection with the purchasing department.
Distribute letters from the HR department.
Have administrative documents signed and distributed.
Prepare files relating to meetings with other French and international Directorates and to the external interventions of the HRD.
Organize the movement of HRD.
Alert HRD on essential points ( urgent messages, social climate, subjects of tension, HR subjects, etc. ).
Write and format internal documents Collect information and collaborate in the drafting of the monthly economic note for the Director General and the CA.
Write and edit presentation documents.
Translate documents.
Participate and organize the projects and events of the department Pilot the organization of the highlights of the HRD.
Provide support to the HRD on background files.
Implement the anti-terrorism prevention processes for the· employees.
Participate in the steering of social dialogue.
Ensure the update and follow-up of the DRHS management toolsfollow the budget of the department, be force of proposal and alert on malfunctions.
Relaunch and alert HR Service Managers on the monthly indicators.
Prepare the compiled table and forward it to the Executive Committee.
Support HRD in the management of IRPTo identify the needs of IORPs and transmit them to HRD.
Provide support to the HRD and the Head of the GSP service in the management of IORPs (CE/DP).
Arrange quarterly meetings for the CHSCT.
Provide support to HRD on litigation files.
Ensure the internal communication

Profile :

From training in Management Assistance or general training in Human Resources, you have significant experience in one of these areas.
You are particularly competent in coordinating agenda management tools and messages, as well as organizing and coordinating events.
You master the use of writing techniques. You are able to analyze and produce summary documents, as well as to ensure confidentiality in your work.
You know how to listen, communicate effectively to the oral and adapt your communication style in order to establish a relationship of trust with your contact.
Motivated by the humanitarian sector, you are also organized and rigorous· and you know how to manage priorities. You are reactive· and strength of proposal.
Working in an international environment, a good level of English and French is necessary, both in writing and orally.

Employment conditions

Status : Master’s Officer – CDI – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 33K to 38Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
Advantages: 21 days of RTT
