Mission :

As part of the global strategy of fundraising with individuals, the·A Head of Pole Collection Liberalities & Philanthropy will aim to define the strategy of the Liberalities and Philanthropy cluster and to drive the deployment of liberalities action plans, including, high potentials and philanthropy to develop the private resources of ACF with testers and philanthropists.
Specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Define the annual strategy and action plan for the loyalty and prospecting of individual donors for the Liberals and Foundation cluster.
Define a direct marketing strategy and an action plan for the Liberals’ pole, and, high potentials and Foundation in accordance with the ACF collection strategy and in coordination with the other channels and the Managing Director General Public Collection.
Identify the issues, targets, foresight and means to achieve the recruitment, implementation and retention objectives of potential testers, proven and donors Foundation.
Ensure the steering of the implementation of the strategy and action plans Liberalities, high potentials and Foundation, and, in coordination with the other channels and interlocutors of the General Public Collecting Delegate Directorate as well as the donor relations pole.
Participate in segmentation updates mainly with the Collecting Coordinator – Direct Marketing Pole and the Marketing Research Officer as well as the rest of the team.
Interrogate, negotiate and select new service providers in collaboration with the Purchasing and Legal Department.
Managing and supervising the activities of the Junior Charger of Liberalities and Philanthropy.
Recruit, and train the employee in connection with the Human Resources department.

Profile :

Trained in marketing or private law (bac+4/5 level), you have a professional experience of at least 6 years of fundraising experience with ideally an agency experience and possibly dealing with the topic of liberality and/or major donors.
A first experience in fundraising with major donors would be a plus.
Pedagogue and demonstrating a real sense of empathy, your sense of listening allows you to build relationships of trust and quality with your·ices interlocutors.
Your ability to create and maintain a network is demonstrated.
Your writing skills are excellent and you are recognized for your rigor and your analytical and synthesis skills.
Operational English proficiency is desired.

Status : Integrated Framework – 5-month CSD – Full-time
Start date: 15/09/2024
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 45K to 54Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
