Mission :

Under his supervision, you will assist the Territorial Project Manager in the development, implementation and monitoring of the 15th project in Marseille.
More specifically, your missions will be:
Contribute to the design, preparation, planning and implementation of the activities of the project:
Participate in the development of partnerships and contribute to the structuring and formalization of these
Participate in the planning, preparation and facilitation of partnership and multi-stakeholder meetings
Draft the meeting minutes
Contribute to the design, implementation and management of operational partnership projects (solidarity market, cooking & tasting workshops..).
Design and carry out surveys (reflection, elaboration, coding, individual interviews, focus groups, participant observation..).
Participate in the strategic reflections of the project
Contribute to the integration and deployment of volunteers: reception, training, planning, monitoring
Participate in context and project monitoring :
Carry out a review of the literature and update the mapping of actors and partners on the intervention area.
Contribute to monitoring and evaluation activities such as information collection
Ensure the updating of project monitoring tools.
Contribute to the project’s capitalization, reporting and advocacy efforts :
Participate in the analysis of data collected during the project
Contribute to the drafting of reports and dissemination of results.
Participate in the modeling efforts of the developed projects.
Contribute to the writing of reporting reports
Participate in the life of the Marseille base:
Participate in the basic meetings and exchanges with the rest of the Mission France in particular.
Depending on the activities and needs, provide support on other projects of the Marseille base, those of the Resource pole in particular

Profile :

Currently in Master I or II, preferably in political sciences, humanities, social action, social work, international development, territorial, local, etc, you have developed skills in project management and have knowledge of French rights access systems. In addition, you are known as· for your writing skills and your mastery in the collection, analysis and management of data on Excel.
Reactive and autonomous, you have in particular strong analytical and synthesis capacities. You have a strong relational and adaptive capacity, and thus know how to interact with various partners.
Volunteering experience/associative engagement with people in a situation of precariousness and/or exile is a plus.

Employment conditions

Obligatory condition : Have an internship agreement issued by a school under French law
Duration of the internship: 6 months
Location: Marseille, PACA
Salary Conditions :
Internship compensated up to the minimum legal hourly gratuity (on a basis of 35h/week)
1.83 RTT days per month (extended to the time of presence in the organization)
Days of absence for examination, university research, etc.
Transport : Support at 50% of the package between the home and the workplace
Restaurant vouchers : Supported at 60% by the association for a value of 8euros
social works and discount on cinema tickets
Teleworking :
Open to all·s and from the metropolitan territory, the teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring an imperative time of presence at the headquarters, the, and allows you to choose to fully or partially exercise the rest of that time in telecommuting. For this purpose, 08 days a mandatory presence at headquarters has been defined for this position. Attendance times at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing : 3 Days per month on average for meetings and group events and 2 days of mandatory attendance the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
