You will pilot on this territory a team of establishment managers in connection with the sector management.

This territory brings together 31 Institutions accompanying near 1450 Children
Your tasks are as follows :
– Deploy the strategy of the early childhood sector at the territorial level, in the service of our missions to accompany children and families and overall performance (operational, social and financial).
– Supervise the’ team of directors of’establishment : management of’ directors establishment of its perimeter, monitoring of the’activity, interface with the teams, support for financial management, support in relations with the authorities of control and pricing…
– In liaison with the director of the sector, ensure the development of activities on the territory and represent the French Red Cross internally and externally.

– Higher education (Bac+5), you justify d’at least 10 Years of’ experience in management of’management teams, on multi-site/multi-entity activities and in the fields of’ intervention of the French Red Cross (health, social, medico-social). Knowledge of early childhood professions is essential.

– Your practice of multi-site and multi-sector organizations is proven. Human issues are at the heart of your action; they require analytical skills and hindsight in decision-making.
