SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian aid association which, for more than 40 years, has provided relief to populations victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to vital needs, drinking, eating and shelter. Particularly committed to the fight against diseases linked to unsafe water, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and promotion hygiene but also in the essential aspect of food security and means of existence. Present in around twenty countries, IS teams made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent staff at headquarters, a few volunteers, etc. – intervene with professionalism and commitment while respecting cultures.
DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER
Attached to the Sahel Regional Directorate covering the countries of Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, Chad and Cameroon, the desk representative has the following role:
- He/she is the guarantor of the implementation of the Programming Strategy at the desk level and in the countries of intervention
- He/she supports the Regional Director (RD) in defining the strategy of the countries of intervention.
- He/she participates in the definition and respect of the Strategic Programs of the Desk countries
- He/she is responsible for monitoring the proper implementation, relevance and quality of projects developed on missions, based on humanitarian needs and within the framework of annual programming.
+ In the absence of the DR, he/she replaces him/her in his/her daily operational functions (excluding security management) and ensures the link with the Country Directors.
- This is a position requiring real strategic proposal strength at desk level, and strong mission support capabilities for the definition and implementation of projects. The candidate will be able to demonstrate strong pragmatism combined with a relevant operational vision.
Main activities of the position
An essential link between headquarters and the field, the program referent has an extremely rich and varied spectrum of functions:

- Quality and Operational Relevance
- Creation of expertise
- External representation / coordination
Field travel: 3 to 4 missions/year, duration of 15 to 20 days.
YOUR PROFILE
Training and experience:
- 3 ans minimum sur des fonctions de coordination de programmes ou coordinateur.trice terrain
- Précédente expérience en gestion de projets en siège appréciée.
- Expérience significative dans le développement de partenariat ou gestion de projet en consortium.
- Formation/Expérience en sciences économiques & sociales spécialité alimentation/nutrition, agronomie ou équivalent fortement appréciée.
- Anglais et français, lu, parlé et écrit
- Expérience et expertise du Sahel vivement souhaitée
Compétences et qualités requises :
Votre expérience terrain à des fonctions de coordination vous a nécessairement apporté des compétences en gestion de projet et définition de stratégies opérationnelles. Vous avez également une grande capacité à opérationnaliser une stratégie, à conceptualiser et planifier un projet et à synthétiser et diffuser l’information.
Plus classiquement, votre pratique de l’anglais est parfaitement fluide et vous êtes également parfaitement à l’aise avec le Pack Office.
SI VOUS OFFRIRA LES CONDITIONS SUIVANTES
Poste basé en France (siège) ou à Dakar (bureau régional) avec déplacements sur le terrain
Si poste basé en France :
- Contrat CDI – Statut cadre
- Rémunération brute mensuelle de : 3 183 € ou 3 316 € en fonction de la grille en vigueur au siège
- Possibilité de télétravail : 4 ou 12 jours de Télétravail par mois ou 100% de télétravail avec 3 jours de présentiel obligatoire par mois. En accord avec la Charte de télétravail en vigueur et le manager.
- Congés : 2,0833 CP /mois et 1 jour de RTT / mois complet de travail
- Jours de récupération et couverture médicale prise en charge à 100% lors des déplacements terrain
Si poste basé à Dakar
- Contrat CDD 12 mois (renouvelables) – Statut expatrié
- Salaire : Selon l’expérience, à partir de 2900 euros bruts par mois, ainsi qu’un Per Diem mensuel. SI prend également en charge les frais d’hébergement ainsi que les frais de déplacements entre le pays d’origine de l’expatrié et le lieu de mission.
- Possibilité de pack logement individuel.
- Couverture sociale:L’expatrié(e) bénéficie d’une couverture sociale de qualité permettant de couvrir tous les frais de santé et d’une prévoyance accident incluant les risques de guerre.
- Break:En cours de mission, une alternance travail – repos est assurée par des breaks prévus tous les trois mois avec une allocation de 850 USD. Sur la base d’une mission d’un an : breaks de 7 jours ouvrés à 3, 6 et 9 mois de mission (avec une participation de 850 USD versée par Solidarités).A ces temps de break, il faut ajouter l’octroi d’un jour de repos supplémentaire par mois travaillé soit 12 jours en plus pour un contrat d’un an.
