Proposal:

- Coordinate multi-sectoral approaches to ensure that technical developments integrate multisectorality.
- Manage internal management coordination processes.
Activities:
- It leads the process of knowledge management and technical learning of the organization. Evaluate and adjust the process to facilitate the connection with the processes of development of technical solutions and impact engineering. It leads the management and coordination of the Alexandria technical learning community and technical learning meetings.
- Plans and monitors the execution in time and quality of the technical solutions process and coordinates the management of the knowledge products planned annually in them as well as their internal and external dissemination. Coordinates the technical solution of cost-efficiency analysis of diopters and the generation of learning to incorporate them in modeling.
- Make technical assistance to missions on evidence-based technical knowledge management of our programs to improve our impact.
- Coordinates the technical sectors for the continuous modeling of the technical programming framework. Coordination of the annual elaboration of knowledge products based on annual programmatic reporting and facilitating coordination spaces to improve the implementation of multisectoral approaches in the field.
- Coordination with the Learning IWG and focal points of the different departments of the Madrid headquarters. Coordinates the alignment / complementarity in technical learning between the directions of Engineering, Production, Operations, Training. Facilitate coordination with the cross-cutting approaches team and support the implementation of joint initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing impact-oriented technical multi-sectoral knowledge management models
- Experience in directing / coordinating multisectoral technical interventions in an integrated way and technical Backgroung in nutritional security and food security.
- Communication and analytical skills to accompany the generation of technical information based on evidence at headquarters and in the field
- Experience in integrating cross-cutting approaches into programmatic frameworks
- Experience in coordinating senior profiles with results orientation
