Oxfam is launching a request for proposal process for:
TITLE: Support for the formulation of proposals implemented in Spain or Spain + Europe, for international public donors or for Spanish cooperation .
OBJECTIVE: To accompany and support the process of formulating proposals implemented in Spain (or Spain+Europe) for development cooperation for international public donors (focus on the EU) or for Spanish cooperation.
DETAILS:
• Coordinate and support the formulation process with the Oxfam Intermón team and with the reference persons of the different stakeholders involved (Partner Organizations, other Oxfam Affiliates)
• Accompany and contribute to the proposal in the formulation process until the final version (with all its annexes) is presented for validation
• Accompany, if necessary, in the search for partner organizations for the implementation of the project
• Facilitate the data and information collection process, through workshops, individual interviews and other methods considered appropriate
• Provide the necessary inputs to guide the content, narrative and programmatic approaches of the proposal.
• Accompany and guide the Oxfam team and the formulation team on the specificities and requirements of the corresponding donor’s formulation.
• (Co)Write the proposal, adapted to the donor’s formats, based on the inputs received throughout the process
• Ensure the coherence of the technical and financial proposal
• Ensure that the proposal and the documentation presented are aligned with the funder’s instruments and the call
• Support the introduction of project data into the donor’s Platform (if applicable).
DURATION: 2 years, renewable up to a maximum of 4 years. Estimated start dates: 15/12/2024.
