THE POST.

Context

Bioforce is looking for its headquarters in Venissieux (69), its or its Responsible for the’environment of work and logistics. You will have for main missions to supervise the whole activities related to the’working environment and the management of the logistic means of the Bioforce Europe Center.

Activities

Under the responsibility of the Director of Administration and Finance, you will have for missions of :

  • Pilot and manage two teams.
  • Manage the’Veneous Bioforce working environment on site and remotely :Guaranteeing the proper management of the building stock (plan d’ maintenance of the premises, maintenance of equipment, renovation works, optimization of the work space) ;Ensure the safety and security of the site (single document, evacuation plan, training, regulatory verification, management of periodic penalty payments, control of entries and exits, implementation of the health protocol, security committee…) ;Manage the’organization of Bioforce institutional events (receptions, graduation ceremonies, back to school, Open Days.) ;Guaranteeing a quality working environment for employees in the field and at a distance ;Manage the fleet of utility and function vehicles ;Conduct the’archiving policy and guarantee compliance with the’application of the GDPR rules ;Anticipate the need for computer, telephone and reprographic equipment and installations.
  • Contribute to Bioforce missions related to the’working environment :Provide support to Bioforce sites abroad ;Lead Bioforce development projects in relation to the’working environment.
  • Ensure the financial management of the headquarters work environment and logistics service CFBE :Develop the budget and follow-up of the expenditure of the service in collaboration with the operational and educational services ;Analyze the operating costs of the’organisation in connection with FAS ;Negotiate tariffs with partners and suppliers.
  • Supervise the management and mobilization of the logistical means necessary for the implementation of training activities :Ensure the proper functioning of the logistics service of the Bioforce Europe Centre ;Monitoring the materials and resources made available to the teaching teams ;Develop collaboration with external partners ;Guarantee the conditions of’ use and the conformity of the technical sites.

PROFILE WANTS.

Knowledge & experiences

You justify of’a professional experience of’at least 5 years on similar positions.

You know the’environment of training.

You have a good command of office tools (Word, Excel, Libre Office), computer and property management.

Mastery of English’ (written and oral) will be appreciated.

You have an interest in the field of humanitarian’action.

Formation

You have a’ level Licence or Master in the field of the’working environment. Your knowledge and/or skills in logistics are a real asset.

Qualities

You are organized(e), autonomous and reactive (ve).

You know how to show negotiation skills and you are able to make decisions.

You have a true’team spirit.

CONDITIONS.

Date of integration : August 2024

Status : Executive employee, salary according to profile / salary grid, restaurant tickets, mutual and 6 weeks paid leave / year
