Humentum is a global nonprofit organization that strengthens humanitarian and development organizations and advocates for data-driven policies and standards to benefit the entire sector. We work directly with organizations by building community through our online networking platform and events; advancing individual and organizational capability through online training and content; and providing solutions to organization-wide problems through our consultancy service.
About the opportunity
With generous support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), CHS Alliance, in partnership with Humentum, is strengthening the global capacity to respond to sexual abuse, exploitation and harassment (SEAH) in the humanitarian and development sector. Our goal is to equip new investigators with the critical skills and knowledge to undertake survivor-centered investigations by using a standardized, high-quality approach to investigating allegations of SEAH.
A fundamental aspect of this training involves providing participants with a practical experience in conducting interviews within a case study scenario. Humentum mandates the involvement of actors who will assume the roles of key characters in the case study. The actors must possess the capability to thoroughly review background materials and adeptly portray their assigned characters while undergoing interviews. The designated roles are outlined as follows:
Role Gender
- Survivor 1 – Female
- Staff Member 1
(Manager) – Female - Witness 1 – Female
- Witness 2 – Male
- Witness 3 – Male
- Subject of Complaint – Male
We are looking for applications from those who have:
- Previous experience in playing roles for interview role playing purposes
- Relevant experience in playing roles in a professional or business setting.
- Previous experience in roles linked to SEAH or difficult circumstances.
- Previous experience in playing an improved role based around strict guidelines and back stories
- Fluency in English, French, or Spanish is required for delivering work.
- Prior experience with webinar platform (Zoom) is advantageous,
